The Black Cheer & Dance Association (BCDA) is an organization that connects ALL African Americans in the cheerleading industry under one umbrella cheerleaders, alumni cheerleaders, coaches and administrators.  This organization will serve as a place to unify and connect, create policies, further initiatives, create scholarships and be a resource to elevate the funding, skill level and notoriety of the programs aligned with the AACDA.
